As we move through these unusual days, many of us are experiencing a multitude of emotions. Some leave us feeling sad, angry and impatient.
We may have started to take some things for granted. Overlooking opportunities for positives in this whole experience.
Today, I invite you to pause and reflect on making the invisible more visible. What little moments that are actually special and meaningful may you be overlooking? Where are the small lessons in all this? What have you been able to do, or better yet, not do? What are you learning or discovering about yourself?
By collecting proof of these “gifts”, we allow for grace. For compassion. For acceptance and for growth.
There will still be days of sadness, of lack of motivation and fear of all the unknowns, but the proof you’re collecting of empathy, kindness, and love will provide strength when you most need it.
