Allow and feel. Cry. Miss. Laugh. Enjoy the slower pace. Dread the new normal. Cook. Indulge. Sweat. Sulk. Feel angry. Be sad. Grieve. All of it, none of it, at any time or all at once.
This is a time like no other. Your body, mind and heart are feeling that. Each needs to be nurtured and accepted.
Today, make space for your feelings. Find gentle ways to allow yourself to just BE with whatever is bubbling up. Let them move through you.
