What is at the depth of our feelings? How do we connect and heal from past hurts? How can we let go of embarrassments and judgments that created layers of self-doubt?
In embracing our inner child and deep sensitivity, we heal old wounds and feel worthy. By loving that part of ourselves, recognizing it needs love and attention, we can move forward.
When we remain stuck in old patterns that cause unfavorable behavior, we must go deeper. Empathize and recognize that we are not our past.
Surrender and accept that the hardships and struggles helped make us who we are now. Understand that the pain and fear were to empower not hinder. Tap into that curiosity. Learn from it and gain momentum to forge ahead with more confidence.
Our scars are actually stories. Stories of greatness, of bravery and triumph. Remember that part of yourself. You can empathize and nurture your own inner child.
Today pause for a few minutes. Close your eyes and acknowledge your inner self. Ask that sensitive part of you what he or she needs. Listen to those inner feelings. Ask if they have anything to share with you. Trust that part of yourself. Believe in the you that you have become.
Know that you have the strength and wisdom to move beyond the challenges you may have faced and be here today. Be the adult you are meant to be. Allowing the child within to continue healing and growing strong
