Taking time for quiet reflection during the Pandemic is not only important, it is essential. Making energetic space to process, is necessary even when it feels impossible.
Our are hearts on endless rollercoasters, our minds flip flopping and in flux. We must step back to reflect, to identify moments of gratitude and try to listen to our inner needs. Find solace by sitting with ourselves, our fears, sadness and uncertainties. This allows us to personally identify our needs and boundaries. To discover little moments of clarity in the gray we are all living.
It may feel easier to not focus and be unintentional. When we do however, we neglect what’s below the surface.
Today, I invite you to quietly reflect. To process your thoughts and emotions. To accept the lack of understanding or the meaningful feelings you are experiencing. Whether you take extra time in the shower, take a leisurely walk alone, or breathe while doing dishes, just find quiet. Allow the silence to embrace you and listen quietly to your heart. You need it. We need it. The world needs it.
