Some days we need to recharge. To slow down, lessen commitments and care for ourselves.
It is important to recognize when we need this time, and most importantly to respect that need.
Acting in alignment with how we feel will alleviate resentment, minimize frustrations and ensure better personal wellness.
Pay close attention to how you feel and identify when you may need a day to recharge. If you need it, take it.
