The Last 90 Days

$64.00

Finish this year clear. Start the next one with intention.

You have 9 months of evidence behind you and 90 days still in front of you.

Most high achievers cannot tell you what they actually accomplished this year. Not because they did not accomplish anything. Because they were already three steps into the next thing before the last one finished.

So the year ends the way it always ends. A blur, a vague sense of not enough, and a January resolution built on top of everything you never looked at.

The Last 90 Days is a 17-page workbook that walks you through two things. First, an honest look at the 9 months behind you: what you accomplished, what you learned, where you fell short, and what you are still carrying that needs to be put down. Second, a decision about the 90 days ahead. Not what you should do. What you are actually committed to, what could stop you, and the structure that will hold it.

It ends with a one-page Intention Map you print and keep in front of you through December.

These are the same questions I use with private coaching clients. There is nothing here I have not watched work in a real session.

What is inside

6 Reflection questions covering the year so far, across work and life
6 Intention questions for the last quarter
The Q4 Intention Map, a one-page summary you print and keep
Fillable on your laptop or printable for longhand, whichever way you actually think

The ask

90 minutes and a willingness to answer honestly when nobody is watching.

Questions

How long does it take?
Plan for 90 minutes. Many people spread it across a few sittings over a week or two. Take the time you need.

Do I have to print it?
No. The fields are fillable on screen. Print it if you think better by hand.

Can I use this later in the year?
Yes. The questions work any time you want to close one chapter honestly and open the next one on purpose.

Is this coaching?
No. This is the reflection work that makes coaching useful. If it surfaces something you want support with, that is a conversation we can have.

What if something heavy comes up?
It might. Some of these questions go further than they look, particularly the ones about what you are still carrying. That is not a sign you did it wrong. It is a sign it matters. This is reflection work, not therapy, and some of what surfaces deserves real support. A coach, a therapist, or someone you trust.
