Where Are You?
An honest look at the whole picture.
You are feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life and work. This is how you find out where, so you can then do something about it.
We are not meant to compartmentalize our lives. The parts do not sit in separate boxes, however hard we try to keep them there. When one area is running on empty, it shows up everywhere else, usually somewhere you would not think to look.
Where Are You? is an 18-page self-assessment built around the Wheel of Life. It takes about 30 minutes. It will not tell you what to do. It will show you where you actually are, which is the part most people skip on their way to fixing things.
Any single score matters far less than the shape they make together. A wheel with deep dips is a flat tire. It still rolls, but every turn is work. The goal is not a 10 everywhere. It is a rounder wheel, so life moves with more ease.
What is inside
Four grounding questions that make your numbers honest before you rate anything
The Wheel, covering health, relationships, family, work, finances, spirituality, fun and play, and home
Reading Your Shape: five patterns, what each one usually points to, and how to spot yours
One area chosen on purpose, because picking three is how people end up doing nothing
The smallest step, sized so small you would feel slightly silly writing it down
Fillable on your laptop or printable for longhand, whichever way you actually think
The ask
30 minutes and a willingness to answer honestly when nobody is watching.
FAQs
How long does it take? About 30 minutes. You can spread it across a couple of sittings. Be patient with yourself.
Do I have to print it? No. The fields are fillable on screen. Print it if you would rather draw the wheel by hand, which many people prefer.
Is this just a Wheel of Life? The wheel is the middle of it, not the whole thing. Free wheels are everywhere and most people fill one in, feel something, and put it down. What is here is the layer around it: the questions that make the scores honest, how to read the shape you drew, and what to do with what you find.
Is this coaching? No. This is the reflection work that makes coaching useful. If it surfaces something you want support with, that is a conversation we can have.
What if something heavy comes up? It might. Some of these questions go further than they look. That is not a sign you did it wrong. It is a sign it matters. This is reflection work, not therapy, and some of what surfaces deserves real support. A coach, a therapist, or someone you trust.
